Do you think Egg is healthy?
- Hell yes
- Definietly NO.
Let's surf through the knowledge of egg if you really want to know the answer you have given is right or wrong.

“An egg can not be advertised as healthy, Nutritional food, Diet food, Good for you, Positive for your health-USDA”
Now think about why the United States of America gave a ban for such words when it comes to eggs. There might be some dark side to egg which we really are not looking at. Are eggs really healthy we were thought in schools and colleges? There are several things on the egg you need you to know about and share with your loved ones if you really do care. Let's start.
To start with what do we really get from an egg??
These are the thing you can expect :
Protein
Cholesterol
Choline

Protein:
We all know that eggs are known for their protein. Every gym trainer tells you to have 3-6 pcs of egg daily. Yes, know eggs are the source of protein but is it a really good source of protein to complete our protein requirement?
Many Clinical tests and research have shown that protein from Eggs can induce and promote cancer. The protein from eggs is very much dense for us because that egg has to get hatched into a chick. The eggs are the perfect source of protein is the statement that is advertised by the egg industry. Chicken ova are probably the perfect protein for the chickens trying to grow. So basically you should not be taking your protein from the egg as they are not meant for the human body.
Cholesterol :
If you have to give someone an example of the best source of cholesterol you can easily show them an egg because you will find 300-400 mg of cholesterol per 100gm egg. according to the FDA (Food And Drug Administration), food should contain 90gm of cholesterol per 100 gm but if we see eggs then even half of the eggs cross those limits. Eggs are loaded with cholesterol that can make you sick, raise your cholesterol level, and also gives you clogged artery and heart attack. Many people have claimed that cholesterol from eggs won't harm human bodies but a study from different studies shows quite the opposite findings. So we have to stop taking eggs for even this reason.
Choline:
Eggs contain choline and you will get shocked to know what this thing does to your body. When we eat the yolk of eggs that helps to select the gut bacteria. When the gut =bacteria eats the choline then it forms TMA( Trimethylamine) and it further oxidizes into TMAO(Trimethylamine oxide). The more you have eggs the more you get TMAO. TMAO generally leads to stroke, heart disease, and clogged arteries leading to deaths.
Salmonella: Salmonella infection (salmonellosis) is a common bacterial disease that affects the intestinal tract. Mostly they are found in animal feces. When chickens lay eggs then salmonella bacteria comes along in the eggshell. If an egg gets contaminated by this bacteria and you supposedly ate it then you will get stomach Cramps, Diarrhea, vomiting, fever, etc. People have also lost their lives in severe cases.

Why you should say no to eggs:
All I know is that eating eggs is the perfect way to raise your level of insulin-like growth factor-1. It is the most powerful growth promoter factor known to biology and if you have a trace of breast cancer or prostate cancer then having an egg is like throwing gasoline on the fire. You won't get protein deficiency in this society unless you have nothing to eat. How often have you heard that someone died out of protein deficiency? None right?
What egg really is?
Eggs are generally the menstrual cycle of a chicken and why would you have the menstrual egg of any animals?

There had been a large epidemiologic study with 100 and 1000's people. One of the studies was conducted by Dr. song straight from Harvard. If you lower your calorie intake of eggs by 3% and you replace it with 3% of protein from plant sources then you will lower your mortality rate by 19%.
So it's up to you what you and your family will have on your plate for today's breakfast. Remember it's up to you what health choice you make for yourself and for your family.
